Litchfield Hills Fitness offers flexible membership plans with no enrollment or maintenance fees. You will have the ability to sign up for automatic payment withdrawal from your bank account or pay in full up-front for a discount and take advantage of everything that our club has to offer. Special pricing is available for active military members, first responders, and groups, and we also run membership specials throughout the year for first-time clients. Membership rates are as low as $16 per week with a year commitment, and we offer monthly or annual payments. With membership available to single members, couples, students, and seniors, we are confident that you will find the one best suited to fit your needs and budget! Membership amenities include:

FitPacks are discounted daily visit packages that allow non-members to use the gym on a fee-per-use basis. Our single visit rates are:

  • Single — $20
  • Couple — $35
  • Student — $13

Fresh Start Program

Fresh Start is an innovative one-hour assessment that utilizes a three-part approach to evaluate your current fitness status. Working one-on-one with a SmarTTrain trainer, you will develop measurable fitness goals and identify potential barriers as you work to ensure your success. This is followed by a full body composition analysis using the advanced and accurate InBody 570.

By determining the fat, muscle mass, and water content for each of your limbs and torso, the InBody 570 provides you with an organized, easy-to-understand results sheet. Concluding the assessment is a portion of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), which uses movement patterns key to normal mobility while identifying functional limitations and asymmetries. From knowing your body composition to your functional ability and exercise readiness, Fresh Start provides you with a comprehensive baseline and platform from which to build a customized training program to achieve your goals most effectively and efficiently.

InBody 570 Analysis

Administered by a SmarTTrain certified fitness trainer, the InBody test calculates the following vital statistics in just 45 seconds! Evaluate your current fitness status with results for your:

  • Body Fat Mass
  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Skeletal Muscle Mass
  • Body Mass Index
  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
